At singularity fitness, we’ve got a range of programs to meet your lifestyle and experience level. the standard 12-week programs are extremely flexible, and i provide a high level of guidance for these. we’ve got some more specific ones as well for my intermediate to advanced trainees; keep scrolling and i’m betting you’ll find something for you!
